Anger Management, or How I learned to handle road rage
Some strategies to keep anger at bay:
1. Breathe deeply, from your diaphragm
2. Slowly repeat a calming word or phrase
3. Visualize something relaxing – maybe your happy place
4. Practice soothing exercises, such as tai chi, or maybe yoga
And, if all else fails, remove the source of your anger by pretending it simply doesn’t exist.
